The deposit should be paid at the time of confirming your appointment. For wedding packages and larger group bookings, we ask for a deposit once the date and specific services are finalized, which secures your slot and allows us to prepare meticulously for your special day. This deposit is essential to maintain our high standards and to provide you with the best possible service. Please note that the deposit amount and terms are detailed in your booking confirmation.

A: Customers can receive a refund for services booked with Makeup With Barbie under the following conditions: if cancellations are made at least 14 days before the scheduled service date, a full refund will be issued. For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the service, a 50% refund will be offered. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service are non-refundable due to the high-demand nature of our services and the preparation required for each appointment.
