Makeup can cause allergies for some people.  Please let me know of any known allergies 24 hours before our session.  It’s possible I use makeup that causes an allergy that was previously unknown.  You assume full risk and responsibility for any allergic reaction that may occur, as a result of makeup or from any other source.  

 

Payment policy - All bookings are done online at www.makeupwithbarbie.com. Full payment is required at time of booking.  Travel fees on Maui are included in wedding packages.  Travel fees on Maui apply to all other services, unless service is completed in my studio.

 

Cancellation policy - Since I block out the entire day when you book, wedding packages are nonrefundable but may be rescheduled.  Appointment change requests will generally be accommodated, schedule permitting.  Wedding packages are non-transferrable.  Other services have a 100% refund up to 72 hours before initial appointment.

Subscriptions can have a future start date to allow the gifting of a subscription.  The starting date of a subscription can be changed (after purchase) once.  Subscriptions are non-transferrable, so please include the name of the person who will be using the subscription at the time of purchase.  The start date of a subscription must be within one year of the date of purchase.

Booking policy - We will send you a confirmation text the morning of your appointment.  Please respond to the message to confirm your appointment, or to reschedule.  First time?  It’s helpful to send current pictures of yourself, and pictures of any makeup styles you like to barbie@makeupwithbarbie.com at least 24 hours before your appointment.
